This woman is built healthy-looking. I do not like fat women, but I do not understand the obsession with the ultra-thin, half-starved look for women.
She’s gorgeous, and definitely not overweight.
Do people want women to look like they’re extras out of the movie 300?
If she is 5′11″ and 180 lbs, then she is technically overweight according to her BMI. She would have a BMI of 25.1 and 25-29.9 is considered overweight. BMI is bullshit mainly because it fails to take into account weight caused by muscle rather than fat. It’s sad that she is considered “plus size” when she is clearly a normal, beautiful woman. Fashion is driven by women’s perceptions of beauty, men don’t find models attractive. We like normal, beautiful women.
I’m sorry, but this is an insult to average sized women. She’s not “overweight” she’s very clearly thin. The only thing that makes her look bigger is the fact that she’s 180 cm tall (I would know since my height is the same as hers),and of course;seeing as usually a woman doesn’t go past 165 cm she’d have longer, bigger bones.
hopefully in the new decade chubby chasing will die
Black lady on the right at 0:41 is SO PRETTY ^-^
come on, let’s be honest. the average american woman does not look like this. quit finding reasons to hate on the media some more. the average woman wont EVER make it this far. youre either very beautiful or … not at all (that girl susan on britains got talent)
and this girl is beautiful, shes not average.
What IS the ideal weight?? There’s no such thing. There’s only HEALTHY weight. What’s known as an “ideal weight” is a range, not one particular number. And (let me repeat this) given her stats, this woman is NOT overweight. A healthy weight range for her height is 140 – 184 lbs. Which, at 180 lbs, makes her within a healthy range. “Overweight” is not determined by how you look or how much fat you have on your body. Women are SUPPOSED to have some meat on their bones, it’s nature’s directive.
“A beautiful woman whose stomach and thighs look like mine!”
Um, I’m pretty sure she’s beautiful because of her face, NOT her stomach and thighs, moron. Quit pretending that the fat is the reason she’s gorgeous.
I said that the gray area is the “ideal weight,” as in neither overweight nor underweight. This woman–although I do find her very attractive–is overweight. Not very overweight, but overweight nonetheless. There’s no denying that. That being said, I don’t think that that little bit of extra fat is seriously threatening her health or anything.
Yes, there IS a gray area between fat and malnourished… And it’s THIS WOMAN! I am a size 10-12, maybe not quite as big as her, but I too have belly fat, cellulite, thick thighs, etc. And yet, according to my doctor, I’m neither overweight nor unhealthy. I don’t even get colds. HAVING fat is not the same as BEING fat. This woman is 5′11″, 180 lbs, i.e. at a HEALTHY WEIGHT! And unless you have her complete medical history, you cannot possibly know anything about the state of her health.
OK, so why is it good to display someone that’s overweight just because “the average American woman” is overweight? No one should feel OK with being overweight. It’s unhealthy. For crying out loud people, there IS the gray area in between fat and malnourished: the ideal weight. On the flip side, no one’s self-esteem should be determined by what they look like. If anything, one’s self-esteem can determine one’s weight. One who truly cares about themself will fix the weight problem.
This woman is exactly the same height and weight as me! And we both work out and live healthy lifestyles!
I feel fab right now
Lizzi looks great! If you want a mans point of view, We love curves. We always have and we always will.
i love this maybe if it spreads more it will help me make it in the world of plus size but in reality average sized models
emma watson? shes just petite…
She looks great, she says she works out and is healthy. That’s great! I personally would let myself go to the point where my stomach hangs like this. But if she’s ok with it and is healthy, it’s completely up to her.
what’s worrysome is that thses kind of articles and videos make women who ARE really obese and unhealthy think IT’S OK to be such. and it’s not. 70% of a person weight loss comes from a proper diet, so saying you’re too busy to exercise and that’s why you’re fat is bull.
there isnt a MAN in the world who could deny that isnt sexy, if he did he is gay or a kid who hasnt really developed and taste yet.
I’d take her on a date any time
I think Lizzi Miller is hot. I normally love avg thin blonds, but I she looks beautiful with a little tummy like the avg American.
i would have no problem getting on my knee & asking her to marry me!bless you & good luck , darlin! ted
I think we should let people live their lives and stop worrying about what other people weigh. If someone is happy being a size 28 or any other size, then it’s no one’s place to try and change them. Maybe people in this society wouldn’t be so unhappy if they focused on their own lives and stopped trying to police other people’s behavior.
What a surprise, there are catty women who throw a hissy fit about something printed in a magazine. If it’s gross to you, don’t look at it. Lots of people find her attractive or even ideal. Health comment is horse shit. It isn’t a health magazine, it’s a magazine for American women, and the majority of the readers don’t look like the thin women typically in the magazine. It shouldn’t be a fucking crime to put someone who isn’t thin or in “optimal” condition in the mag.
amazing! I love this SO much!
o cmon thats not a stomach ???
she had kilos. she lost kilos. like every other…. she is a normal girl. its good to show that stuff in glamour magz…
